We are made up of 72% water. When the body is properly hydrated, the organs function how God intended them to function.…to expel the toxins that He didn’t create. The body knows how to process a carrot and to deliver the imprint God gave it to help our eyes. 👁️
This positive affirmation always calms my mind to know…if I walked outside and breathed in smog or forgot to wash my hands and got a germ while eating…God’s got my back. 🤝
Drinking your recommended daily amount of nutrient dense water (small molecule water-more on this later 🤓) primes your organs to work like a well oiled machine…no matter what supplements, or eating lifestyle you do.
There are a lot of analogies on how much water you should drink on the regular. I used to be one of those that drank a gallon a day…and this is all fine and good…however…also don’t stress yourself to be a hero here. Just listen to your body. If you are attempting to get a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in ounces in a day this is a great start. 🤩
You will eventually find your comfort zone! I am now in the 75 to 85 ounces zone daily...and very happy there. That gallon used to stress me out and make me feel like I was a boat floating everywhere. Leave that target for the athletes and high intensity workout people. 💦
I have also been amazed at the testimonies God has shown through the people that don’t drink water on the daily with one glass of Kangen Water a day.

This little rubber band accountability tool has been helpful to me. When I have drank one, I remove it and stick it on the handle. I usually fill a 32 oz jar of 8.5 or 9.5 pH water right before bed, so I can grab it quick, and down it, before I get going into breakfast. Feels great to cross one glass off early!
